About Basic Design Concepts

Founded in 2002, Basic Design Concepts is web, photography and design studio based in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Simple, user-centric design is at the core our website development philosophy, using a combination of image and graphics, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML, with PHP/MySQL as the backend and a splash of Javascript for some flair.

Some of our clients past and present include 3660 On the Rise, the Honolulu Advertiser, Damien Memorial School, the University of Hawaii, Sasaki Jewelers, JC Hawaii Surfboards, the Cherry Blossom Festival, Hapa Grill, Honolulu Time Service, and Vesso International.

We are also available for hire in a number of photographic disciplines, including sports, photojournalism, event, product and stock.
